Pastor Allen K. Fosu was born on the 22 November, 1978 in Ghana to Deaconess Dorothy Akua Afriyie Adjem and Rev. Allen John K. Fosu. Pastor Allen K. Fosu is from a town in Ashanti called Amakrom.

Being the fourth born,  Atta Kwadwo Kakra as affectionately called attended the Royal International school in Kumasi. He later went to A. M. E. Zion School for his Junior Secondary Education. Pastor Allen K. Fosu pursued to Osei Kyeretwie Secondary School to further his education and later went to Ghana Baptist University.

Pastor Allen K. Fosu has been in the ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ since childhood. He was part of the Christian movement groups in Ghana such as Heavens Actions Fellowship, led by Rev. Owusu Ansah in Akwatia. Revo Prayer group at Grace Baptist Church where He served as a member in the Body of Christ. Through that pastor Allen K. Fosu had the opportunity to join the Faith Convention and started Market Ministry in various markets in Kumasi, Ghana.

The influence of the Spiritual Father, Rev. George Owusu Mensah (Rops) of St. James Baptist Chruch on Pastor Allen K. Fosu has been a never-ending blessing to both the church ministry and the head pastor.
